A Study Of Mode Based On Sustainable Perspective Of Tourist Sites

Using tourist sites needs to seek a kind of land using patterns, which could comply with the law of sustainable and satisfy the development of social productive forces. Sustainable using patterns of tourist sites have duality, on the one hand it is reasonable developing and using the land resources, and the other hand it could produce ecologic energy efficiency. Researching tourist sites is in the initial stage and has not yet attracted wide attention in academic world at home and abroad in currently, and it is very short of studying the sustainable using patterns of tourist sites. Nan Shan Scenic Area in Urumqi of Xin Jiang as the empirical area, based on field researched the using situation of tourist sites in Nan Shan Scenic Area, visited the government officials, the developers and people in local. This paper based on field researching of Nan Shan Scenic Area, and generalizing that tourist site has some features like spatial and temporal characteristics, and the land is a using mode of a variety of land type and integrated, and using the Analytic Hierarchy Process and the Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method, from four respects about the land structure indicators, economic indicators, social indicators and ecological indicators. Evaluating it belongs to junior sustainable stage now, and the using space of tourist sites needs to revise, and also in connection with the problems in currently giving countermeasures and suggestions.This paper separated seven chapters; the first chapter is putting forward to those problems concern and discussions, simple state the purpose, significance and possible innovation and summarized description the ideas and methods of studying; the second chapter summed up the relative literatures, having definition and description about those concepts, and briefly introduce the theoretical knowledge relative; the third chapter haven a detailed description about using status and patterns of tourist sites in empirical area and generalizing the characters about empirical area’s tourist sites; the forth chapter elaborated the research methods from four respects including building evaluation system, selecting evaluation indictors,calculating the evaluation indictors and the determine of evaluation criteria; the fifth chapter using the evaluation manners of the third chapter mentioned haven a sustainable evaluation to Nan Shan Scenic Area in Urumqi and analyses the evaluation result; the sixth chapter combine the rational evaluation results with the author’s perception of researching, and in connection with the problems in currently giving countermeasures and suggestions. The last chapter is conclusion of the paper. The forth, the fifth and the sixth chapters are more important in this paper.
