The competition of talents is just the competition among enterprises in the final analysis, staff quality as the soft strength of enterprises plays an important role in the market competition. If the enterprises want to be survival and developing in the intense market competition, great attention must be paid to the upgrading of staff quality. Staff training is the important way to improve staff quality, also is the lasting power to attract, retain and develop talents. Among the30years of reforming and opening up, employee training of our enterprises has made great progress with the succession of traditional culture and the influence of the advanced foreign management and training, but also exist many problems. There still have big difference compared with the developed countries, a lot of work still have to be done.Pearl River Delta is one of the China economic circles with the most economic strength, plastic enterprises as the representative of the labor intensive enterprises in this area, with a large number of workers, are very vulnerable in the poor international economic environment. So here selects the Pearl River Delta plastics enterprises as the research object of this article. How to help such enterprises to run smoothly in the fierce market competition has very important sense for economic development, employment and social stability.This paper is divided into five parts. The first part describes the training theory, background, research methods and ideas. The second part analysis the problems and characteristics of current enterprise staff training in our country and compares the enterprises of United States, Japan, Korea, China from the corporate culture, training content, training investment, training evaluation; then provides suggestions for improving current situation of enterprise staff training in our country. The third part investigates current situation of enterprises employee training in the plastic enterprises of the Pearl River Delta area. The fourth part provides countermeasures for improving the staff training of plastic enterprises from government, social training institutions, enterprise and employees, institutions of high schools. The final part is the summary of staff training for plastic enterprises.
