Research On Responsibility Cost Management In China Tieshiliuju Group Corporation Management

Construction project is the source of the construction firm, and it also is the basis of the development and existence of the firm. After the firms signed the contract through keen competition, the next important step is how to complete the object efficiently and quality, especially how to strengthen cost management and control, earn more profits. This step is the key to develop the firm. So how to improve the manage level of enterprises and the efficiency, make enterprises more successful is an important issue to every enterprises. This paper first describes the theories and research status what is responsibility cost management of building construction project, statement of purpose, research approach and contents in current study. The author analysis the real case with China Tieshiliuju Group Corp., find the problems and reasons during the cost management process, moreover he put forward necessity the implementation of responsibility cost management of construction projects and programmes in this paper. Finally, uses the Suiyue project as an example, makes a full introduction of responsibility cost management.The author tried to find the new management which fitted the current situation of China Tieshiliuju Group Corp, he hoped this paper can effect cost management of construction projects positively, and also wants it serves as a model for other construction enterprises’ responsibility cost management.
