Since Taylor put forward science management method in1875, making the examination independent of other working functions, till the total quality management (TQM) birth in the60’s in20th century, the quality manage experience a hundred years to develop。 During this period, various quality management philosophies came forth。Crosby analyzed and discussed the three-stage of quality manages from the viewpoint of doctor, the feeling of salesclerk, and the practice of item management。 And he put forward "Zero Defect"(ZD) management concept in the80’s in20th century。The concept promote the principle of customer-centered and defect-prevention, which make the work and product qualities’control is "useful and effective", process the status "be controlled", get rid of the defect in the work, and carry out "initial success, zero defect"。"Zero Defect" management concept firstly get expansion in big companies, such as GE, IBM, et al。in United States,, and immediately be actively led into Japan。 Japanese product with low price and high quality become the representative of the level of forerunner from quality in world. In our country, the Internal Combustion Engine Factory of Peking experimented with total quality management, the quality of every trade management has obtained exaltation, but there is a large gap between these companies and the foreign advanced business enterprises。Based on the concept and principle of "Zero Defect" management, combing the management science theory of different stages and the author’s research, this thesis discuss the matter-of-fact operation steps and methods for the two important links, i.e, process and product。The work link passes from the top downwards of management by objectives (MBO) method, promise that the quality movable direction participating in whole aspects, whole processes and whole members。The work quality of each layer manages "Ego Control", and raises the employee’s participation degree and enthusiasm。From descend upwards pass a QCC (Quality Control Circles) activity, construct good improvement atmosphere, vibrant work place, thus, make the employee inspire by one’s own and inspire, self-actualize mutually。The product carries out the link with "customer-centered" and the principle of "defect-prevention", make use of a FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), PFMEA (Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis), PDCA (Plan, Do, Check and Act),5W1H and4Ms (Man, Machine, Material, Method) etco management tool, designed development and manufacturing process to control mode to carry on to elaborate to the product realization。Finally, based on the application survey of "Zero Defect" management in some business enterprises at our country, we concretely analyze the "Zero Defect" management style and present condition of YMSC Co Ltd。put forward an improved method, and carried on an improvement of fulfillment verification。This thesis is the quest and innovation to "Zero Defect" management。It has a certain instruction and application value not only for author’s work from now on but also for the development of "Zero Defect" management in our company; meanwhile, the research have certain use for reference for those enterprises carrying on "Zero Defect" management。...
