Entrepreneur should have strong ability quality, knowledge quality, but also has good moral quality, psychological quality, leading the enterprises in under the wave of economic globalization, healthy, stable development.Based on the analysis of domestic and foreign entrepreneur quality as the foundation, this paper summarize and organize the quality of entrepreneurs should have. Especially in thebackground of economic globalization, this article studies the quality of our country entrepreneur should have, and builds quality of the evaluation index system, making the entrepreneur quality evaluation index system more in line with the characteristics of the times, to better guide the practice. In addition, this paper uses international general analytic hierarchy process method to determine the weight of evaluation index system of entrepreneur quality. Through a lot of calculation and adjustment, the judgement matrix that this paper constructed through the consistency test. so it proves that the indicator system and scientific rationality.This paper mainly studies that the entrepreneurs should possess the quality under the background of economic globalization, determining the quality index scientifically, according to the weight to determine the index of total ranking, and outstanding key index. Combination of background and target total ordering, this paper analysis of key indicators,and propose recommendations to improve the quality of entrepreneurs.
