| Nowadays, tourism has become one of the largest service industries which rapidlydeveloping over the world. China’s tourist trade after the reform and opening up20years ofdevelopment, has become a third industry which is a new industry and economic growthpoint.In the post-financial crisis era, the development of the tourism industry has growingcontribution to the economy. Government has taken tourism industry as the most importantposition task; adhere to an important position in the development of the pillar industries of thetourism trade on the economic and social development of the region. In this case, thedevelopment of the tourist trade in Qinhuangdao facing unprecedented opportunities andchallenges.This paper studies Qinhuangdao travel trade status quo as well as visitor satisfactionevaluation index system,establishment survey research object, explore Qinhuangdao tourismservice trade status quo with the merits of the environment and the environment conditionsdesigned to explore deep-seated challenges of Qinhuangdao service trade growth facing, findQinhuangdao tourism development opportunities, which put forward the correspondingdevelopment strategies, so as to promote the Qinhuangdao City travel trade continued steadyand rapid growth.This paper through the theory of Western economics, statistics, econometrics and SWOTanalysis, theoretical analysis, statistical analysis, comparative analysis, summarized in theconcluding method, quantitative and qualitative research methods, field trips, interviews,content focused on the analysis of the background of Qinhuangdao travel trade development,the data is analyzed to aspects of the visits, case comparison of the status quo, as well as fortourists satisfaction evaluation index system of quantitative and qualitative research. The mainresearch results are:First, according to the Qinhuangdao tourism service trade SWOT analysis, theoreticalanalysis, research to draw the Qinhuangdao tourist trade in services can make use of theadvantages and disadvantages that need to be filled, or avoidance of, the current size of theenvironment can take advantage of the opportunities and potential challenges and proposedQinhuangdao travel trade development measures, including the government’smacro-economic control, infrastructure construction, personnel training and other aspects.Second,use fuzzy mathematical method to establish a set of relatively objective andimpartial, scientific and rational tourist satisfaction evaluation system, the author through an extensive literature search, as well as visiting survey to seek expert advice on the touristsatisfaction evaluation index system and Beidaihe visiting survey, evaluate the scenic spots inthe on-site survey visits to the statistics data of100domestic and foreign tourists, applied tothe data, for example the author’s evaluation system for statistical analysis calculate out theattractions tourists satisfaction is "good". Although the author solicits expert advices toconsider the evaluation guide and objectivity, the findings have some errors due toinvestigators have larger randomness. Take this approach should be to expand the amount ofdata collection surveys are carried out for different groups of people.Currently, although Qinhuangdao tourism trade has a certain degree of development,there still has a lot of inadequacies, summed up the experience of travel trade development inQinhuangdao. Finally, on the basis of the above studies, the suggestions for development ofQinhuangdao tourism trade are proposed. |
