The Research On Issues Of Landless Peasants Social Security

Social security is the important sign of social civilization and progress. The rapiddevelopment of the economy speeds up the process of industrialization andurbanization.the industrialization and urbanization city modernization as well as causesmore and more farmers to lose their land as the results.losing land means losing all fou thepeasants,at the same time the limitation of their self-quality makes it very difficult to findsuitable jobs for them. Worse, the dual structure in urban and rural areas makes itimpossible to bring them into the urban social security system.,so landless farmers becomedisadvantaged groups. As the espansion of the range of disadvantaged groups become ahidden danger to our country. in such circumstances， it is essential to establish socialsecurity system.This paper is divided into five parts.Chaper one is the introduction， introduces thebackground and the significance of research in social security problems of the landlessfarmers, as well as analyzes the current research situation in the world and summarizes theresearch methods.Chaper two is the basic concept and the related theoretical analysis，introduces the definition of landless farmers，related concept with social security and socialsecurity theory， which pavs the way for further study in the issue of landlessfarmers.Chaper three is social security situation in our country， through the spot survey，wo know the current situation of the landless farmer as well as brief analyse the reason ofthe problems.Chaper four is comparison of landless peasants social security system beteenabroad and in china as well as anslysis the shortage of current policy.Chaper five establishand improve China’s social security system for land lost farmers conception， through tothe full text analysis， in the light of our country the current situation of social security oflost territory farmer， from the social security system for land lost farmers established theprinciple， content， measure three respects to put forward policy suggestions.
