With the coming of knowledge economy, our country enterprise operators faced ahitherto unknown talent competition, how to construct the competition advantage of theenterprise, have their own core competition ability of the enterprise is the enterpriseoperator is one of the most important considerations, and the key to solve this problem is toretain the core of talent for its development.Compensation incentive executives as one ofthe most important means, has been a hot topic of research scholars, so our top executivecompensation of listed company of influence factors to improve the incentive mechanismin enterprises and promote the sound development of enterprises play a decisive role.In this paper,With the help of China Tai’an database,WIND database and RESSETdatabase,2005-2010all listed companies as the research object,Through the Eviewssoftware,Through the Eviews software on samples of the company’s executivecompensation factors empirical analysis.Mainly discusses several accessible importantquantitative indicators, including the financial performance of listed company, the scale ofthe company, the proportion of state-owned shares, board size, the proportion ofindependent directors,executives shareholding proportion, the selected sample time intervaland so on.The empirical results show that, top executive compensation of listed company andcorporate performance, the scale of the company, and the sample time interval is positivelycorrelated;and the proportion of state-owned shares had a significantly negativerelationship; and the size of the board and executive shareholding proportion relation is notsignificant.In this paper, according to the empirical conclusions of in-depth analysis, found thatChina’s enterprises in the process of reform and development of the most problems withmanagement incentives, according to the theoretical analysis and the results of empiricalresearch, in view of our country present stage of executives incentive problems, putsforward the corresponding proposal, solve this problem for the consolidation of long-termstable economic development China very big stimulative effect.
