All the investors hope to get a larger return with the less investment so the project CostControl in the enterprises is more and more important. Most companies want to strengtheninternal management to improve the return on investment of the project and the project CostControl is the key measure to insure the investment.In this paper,a comprehensive introduction of the status of Bin Jiang Jia Yuanproject cost control management, and analyse problems of Bin Jiang Jia Yuan project.Riverside Garden project Cost Control describes the four principles, namely, Cost Controlshould insist on full participation, clear objectives and responsibilities, adhere to the keymanagement and comprehensive cost management, and dynamic, timely, accuracy,principles, and Bin Jiang Jia Yuan measures to be taken to be elaborated.The important part of the paper:Ⅰ.From four aspects to describe the River Garden Project Cost Management;Ⅱ.Analyzing four aspects of the the Riverside Garden problems and analyze thereason;Ⅲ. the overall Riverside Garden project Cost Control should adhere to four principles;Ⅳ. respectively, from the decision-making phase, design phase, construction phase andcompletion phase of measures to be taken by the Riverside Garden;Ⅴ. From the three aspects of personnel security, organizational security, and othersafeguards of the Riverside Garden project safeguards should be taken.Short project to the economic benefits for the purpose of development costs is the mostimportant economic indicators to measure economic benefits. To the protection of the control,the project’s economic benefits will only in the development costs.Riverside Garden project Cost Control should pay attention to the various stages ofcontrol, especially in the design stage to combine the design bidding and limit design of twomain solution to the construction phase to enhance the dynamic cost management, the stageof completion is to strengthen the quality of the final say. The other hand, the project team torely on the cost of a professional management team to improve its Cost Control to promoteenterprise in the scientific and rational product to achieve maximum economic efficiency.
