Oxiranchem is a high-tech industry group dedicated to the research, development,production and application of ethylene oxide derivate fine chemicals. As the changes ofthe company’s outer environment and development target, the running compensationsystem could not fit the fast development any more. Therefore, it is necessary for ahigh-tech company which is going to be listed on public to set up a reasonable, efficientand complete compensation system. According to Oxiranchem’s company culture ofCreate Jointly&Share Together, and related compensation theories, this dissertation isdedicated to design a scientifical and available compensation system with the methodsof finding, analyzing and solving problems. This compensation plan is technicallyguaranteed by position analysis, position evaluation, broad banding design and positionrank. This new compensation system set up with the broad banding theory would fill theblank of Oxiranchem’s compensation theory and position evaluation.
