From the1990s, with the scientific and technological progress, market competition, globalization, customer’s higher expectation and more personalization, these factors lead to the competition between supply chains. The members of the supply chain are reasonable and decentralized, they usually try to get maximize one’s benefit and be independent when they make decision, the whole supply chain couldn’t be system-optimal. So the study of integration and coordination between supply chain members to get the whole supply chain’s profit is very important.Perishable products are very common in our daily life, they are to go bad quickly, easily damaged, with the features of short production lead-time, short sales cycle, low residual value, huge demand uncertainty and so on. Perishable products include agricultural products, seafood, livestock products, high-tech electronic products, medicine, fashion, information products, newspapers, flights, hotel rooms, flowers and so on. They are indispensable and closely related to the national economy. Therefore, the study is significant, worthwhile and valuable.China is in the period of rapid industrialization and urbanization, the phenomenon of uncontrolled discharge of pollution and the disputes between employer and employee are very common. The reason why companies do not fulfill their social responsibilities or not carry out enough is that they are lack of the concept of sustainable development. Therefore, the research of corporate social responsibility is practical and significant. This paper establishes a three-tier perishable products supply chain network model with multiple manufacturers, multiple distributors and multiple retailers in the decentralized supply chain, centralized supply chain, supply chain with CSR separately; I get the equilibrium conditions through the Lagrange multiplier method and exterior penalty function method which is one kind of optimization theories. Although the centralized perishable goods supply chain is optimal, moreover the total supply chain profits is maximum, but it isn’t stable. Through comparing the difference of equilibrium conditions between decentralized perishable products supply chain and centralized perishable products supply chain, I propose a strategy of coordination between manufacturers on corporate social responsibility(CSR). This strategy make the decentralized perishable products supply chain perform stable and as well as the decentralized. This paper clearly define the amount of payment about corporate social responsibility(CSR) of each manufacturer, and explores the relationship between the number of manufacturer taking CSR, the percentage of CSR paid by manufacturer and the profits of the whole supply chain through a series of numerical examples in the decentralized perishable products supply chain.
