This article is based on the overview theory on enterprise development strategy, comprehensively studied the enterprise development strategy of BLB CO..First of all, the macro environment for BLB Co.to make strategic planning is analyzed from3aspects, the external environment, industry development environment and environmental analysis of competitors. And we propose that BLB Co., being the upstream enterprises in the food and beverage industry, needs to enhance the ability to deal with the international enterprise, the advantage to preserve its own value through providing excellent service for large enterprise, and the capability on increasing application technical research. According to the standard of world-leading, similar-industry,_advantages of significant, we choose3enterprises (Fortitech, Orafti and Sanyang Genex)to be benchmarking enterprises of BLB Co.. After we make detailed analysis on these3enterprises, a conclusion comes out:Excellent enterprises develop following the rule of building core competitive advantages, development, curing, break the law, rebuild during its own development course. It is all based on market-oriented, being driven by social needs, getting deep into target customers’demand."Demand change" is the same principle.2ndly, through the analysis on BLB Co.’s enterprise ability including:marketing, technical R&D,suply and procurement, production capacity, logistics capability financial management,sales management, human resource management, we advise that the strategy superiority is focused on sales and Technical transformation ability. But there’re still some weakness on the other elements of the value chain, as well as related support activities; Although BLB Co. is good at product quality control, meanwhile is lack of the ability to standardize. The sales is changing from promotion to solution marketing, but still need to enhance the team building and customer management ability. On the marketing side, whatever the brand management, marketing support and marketing research applications are at a weak level.3rdly, on the basis of the above analysis, we propose BLB Co.’s strategic plan. BLB Co.’s vision:to become the world’s leading suppliers of functional food ingredients; BLB Co.’s mission:to provide various food personalized solutions to food manufacturers, and lead a healthy lifestyle. BLB Co.’s industry orientation:Main industry is the nutritional health industry, functional food ingredients industry. From the strategy plan we draw out the Business objectives, marketing goals and management objectives, key words:Finally, in order to achieve the strategic plan and goals, we proposes3core strategic measure to BLB Co.:gradually build the capacity to grasp the consumption trend, continue to strengthen the technical support capabilities and continuously improve the ability to deliver high quality products.
