Study On The Construction Program Of Modern Trade And Logistics Information Platform

With the rapid development of modern logistics, small and medium-sized logistics firms’demand for informatization grows higher. The proposal of "12th Five-Year" plan advanced the application of internet of things technology, promoting the information technology widely used in logistics. Recently, many small and medium-sized logistics parks have established corresponding information platform, which mainly serves integrated logistics e-commerce transactions for logistics enterprises, industrial and commercial enterprises, etc. Logistics public information platform with wide range of applications and varies of services, is a social public information service platform releasing products and logistics information resources.Combining technology such as internet of things technology, especially RFID technology, network transmission technology, cloud computing, SOA technology, GPS/GIS technology, and data exchange technology, the application of internet of things and other related IT for trade and logistics parks is discussed, and a set of logistics information platform construction programs utilizing advanced information technology is proposed to solve the problems of the low level of informatization and not shared of information. This paper carries out the following studies.Firstly, combining the current development of domestic and international information platform for logistics parks, the problems of trade and logistics parks are identified, then functional requirements of trade and logistics parks public information platform are proposed. This part fully and clearly definite the functional position of modern logistics parks, thus laying a sound foundation for the latter study.Secondly, in accordance with the analysis on internet of things technology and its application in logistics, the overall architecture of the construction for modern trade and logistics information platform is proposed. Utilizing the analytic hierarchy process, a functional model of logistics information platform is established, and on this basis, the functional structure of the information platform is designed.Finally, through practical case, this paper analyzes its construction additions to verify that information technology can be fully and effectively applied to trade and logistics parks information platform.
