Research For The Financing Issues Of Low-carbon Economy In China

Along with the development process of the human society from the industrialcivilization to the post-industrial civilized society, the climate problem has alreadygetting more and more attention of the word and becoming the severe challenge whichthe world must work together to face. More and more people realized that the solvent ofthe global warming problem must be relied on all mankind working together hand inhand and changing the high carbon economic model and creating a low-carbon economymode. From the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change to the KyotoProtocol, then to the Copenhagen conference, the government and the people of allcountries in the world are trying to deal with the global climate problem. With theincreasingly promotion of the urgent situation of the global dealing with climae change,the whole world is experiencing a fundamental reform of the economic and socialdevelopment mode and the development of the low-carbon economy has become theworld trend. Therefore, researching the financing issues of low-carbon economy in Chinaand exploring of the coping strategies are great importance for academic value andpractical significance.This paper expounds the basic theory of financing about the low-carbon economy inour country and further analyzes the financing development present situation of thelow-carbon economy in our country, the problems and their causes of low-carbonfinancing, on the basis of referencing the foreign experience of the low-carbon financing,puts forward the development countermeasures of low-carbon financing in our country.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part of this paper mainly expounds the background and significance, theliterature review at home and abroad, basic structure, main content, research methods,innovation points and the deficiency. The second part mainly expounds the connotationand the theory basis of low-carbon financing and laids a theoretical foundation for thelater paper, and describes the financing development present situation of the low-carboneconomy in our country from the financing way, financing scale and financing structure.The third part mainly expounds the problems and their causes of low-carbon financing in our country, thus provides the basis for the countermeasure of the after paper. The fourthpart describes the financing experience of the low-carbon economy about Britain,America,Germany and Japan, and gets a lot of enlightenment from this experience. Thefifth part mainly expounds the financing countermeasures of low-carbon economy fromthe aspects of the legal system, bank, enterprise and international cooperation.
