Production schedule is an overall plan which determines when to produce, where toproduce and how to produce in order to meet the demand market or customers needs. Theoverall enterprise production and scheduling are determined by it. How to manage theproduction schedule affects the product delivery and corporate income directly. Therefore,the study of how to design, implement and control the production schedules is a theoreticaland practical significance for achieving effective customer response and increasing theprofits of enterprises.This dissertation takes Higer Bus Company Limited as research background andproduction schedule management as research object. After summarizing the theory,characteristic and research actuality of production schedule management etc., the actualityof production schedule management in Higer Bus Company Limited was analyzed and theproblems, management weakness reason of production schedule management were pointedout. Under this premise, to enact the master Production Schedule scientifically andrationally based on sales forecasting and order number was put forward. Then productionschedule management improving method was put forward i.e. to syncretize MRP, TOC andJIT theory together: MRP was oriented to enterprise level taking charge of main productionschedule, material demands plan and monthly/weekly component parts planning on variousworkshops; TOC was oriented to workshop level taking charge of daily productionplanning and scheduling and order release on job shop; JIT was oriented to productionfield level taking charge of planning execution, production control and manufacturing statefeedback.Refer to the imperfect planning system of Higer, which was not able to makeregulation and control of the resource effectively, to exert MRP, TOC and JIT in productionplanning management system synthetically, which could solve the problems effectivelysuch as excessive temporary planning, uneven assignment and lack of component, alsostrengthened the ability of controlling the production planning, ability of reacting to various market, optimize the process of production and ensure the continuous and stablequality of products. |
