In service-oriented manufacturing model, the company offers a mixof products and services to maintain competitive edge, satisfy customerneeds and abtain more value-added profits. Products and servicescombine as a product-service system to offer customers product-servicepackage.In product-service system, the management of products and servicesare totally different, therefore organizing production and offering serviceshould be collaboratively controlled. In this paper, we study the new characters of production and servicehybrid system, considering (i)customer impatience;(ii)servicesubcontracting;(3)2-class customers with high and low priority. Theproposed system is comstructed as a Markov model and then we obtainthe steady-state distribution.By numerical experiments we discuss the following systemparameters(i)base-stock level;(ii)the rates of production and service; (iii)the control threshold of service subcontracting;(iv)the rate ofcustomer arrival;(v)customer impatience, affecting the performance ofthe hybrid system. And from the point of view of economy, we proposesome insight on system management and improvement to maximize thesystem net profit.
