Rural credit cooperative is for farmers, agriculture and rural economic development to provide financial services to regional and local financial institutions, is an important part of China’s financial system. Over the years, rural credit cooperative in support of the "three rural", has played an important role in its commitment to a certain extent, the role of a bridge in rural areas. With the postal savings banks, agriculture banks of China and the gradual development of domestic and foreign joint-stock commercial banks to expand the rural market, the main force of rural credit cooperatives of L in agriculture has been a great challenge to the status of rural finance ushered in unprecedented competition.At this stage, China’s rural credit cooperative of L is stiff, stiffness, lack of energy, how to make organizational changes to adapt to changes in the development of modern finance, the academic, financial research is an important issue. In this paper, changes in organizational strategy, organizational structure change, organizational culture change, organizational theory related to personnel changes in a detailed study and discussion of the system, combined with China’s rural financial status using AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) analysis of different aspects of organizational change degree of importance. On this basis, rural credit cooperatives detailed analysis should adhere to the principles of organizational change in rural credit cooperatives, rural credit cooperatives, organizational change, power and resistance. Subsequently, the paper discusses the rural credit cooperatives organization strategic change, organizational structure change, organizational culture change, the direction of the organization personnel changes, measures and specific mechanisms. Finally, the L County in Shandong rural credit cooperatives, from the full analysis, organizational change and improve organizational security system, a scientific and rational organizational change programs, scientific and meticulous implementation plan and effective communication on organizational change protection.Organizational changes to achieve China’s banking reform is the only way for the development of L rural cooperative, the academic forefront of organizational change theory to the transformation of L rural cooperative in a scientific and effective, and will further optimize the structure of China’s rural financial organizational structure, improve L rural cooperative competitive.
