Analysis Of The Reform Of Rural Credit Cooperative Of Hebei

The Rural Credit Cooperatives has a history of more than 60 years in China, even 100 years in western countries. They play an important role in rural economic development. With the guidance of the government, they made their way in rural area. They have experienced several reforms in the following years, but made little progress. Great changes have taken place since the foundation of the Province Cooperative Union, outcome of the new reform in 2000. Actually, there are still some disadvantages that will influence the development of the Rural Credit Cooperatives. This article reviews the research and concludes the development stages of the Rural Credit Cooperatives in China. With the assessment of the Cooperative Union in Hebei Province, it focuses on the problems and analyzes the three reform patterns in China. And measures have been put forward. The Financial Conglomerates will lead the way to the reform of the Cooperative Union.
