Some people think management is managing staff and improving process. Let thestaff recognition corporate purpose is the most important work. Mao Zedong Thought hasbeen successful used of management the party and army. Now Chinese manufacturingenterprises are facing growing competition in the external environment and Risingdomestic labor costs, enterprises want to improve the front line staff efficiency to Gain acompetitive advantage.This paper is based on Shenzhen J Company front line staff management status andproblems to reduce the front line staffs rate of attrition and improve the productionefficiency. This thesis briefly commentates the Mao Zedong thought and managementmethods. It also use the Principles and methods of ideological and political education toimprove the front line staff training special the new generation peasant worker.This articlebriefly reviews the role of corporate culture, principles and evaluation methods.
