In recent years, as the western economic development center of Chongqing, itseconomic construction upsurge is persistent, the building energy consumption, especiallythe energy consumption of the commercial building in proportion to total energyconsumption in Chongqing increase year by year, which makes the energy supplyincreasingly tense, and commercial building energy consumption high problems arewidely attached importance to start up. The Chongqing municipal government in"10.25" development outline, clearly put forward to2015, the unit energy consumptionin GDP dropped by16%compared with2010goals. In the current, Chongqing faceenergy demand rigid and supply shortage contradiction environment, the commercialbuilding energy consumption problems in research has a strong practical significance. At the same time, because commercial building energy consumption is a new rise, building energy consumption and the relevant theoretical research start time is late, lackof a mature theory system, through the research of Chongqing city commercial buildingenergy consumption problems, to complement, perfect, deepen the building energyconsumption related economic theory has very good theory value.Based on the literature review, the practice research, economics system analysis, measurement model analysis and other methods, in order to input-output theory as theinstruction, in the city of Chongqing commercial building energy consumption on thetheoretical and empirical research. The main contents include: this paper discusses thebackground of the research significance and the main content and purpose, to domesticand international related research were summarized, found in existing literature buildingenergy consumption, especially commercial building economic analysis is thin, lack offrom input-output theory concrete research building energy consumption of Chongqingespecially commercial building energy consumption of the related problems of literature; This paper expounds the input-output theory and commercial building energyconsumption of the related concepts, and the commercial building energy consumptionand economic growth input-output relation for further research development; Throughthe practical investigation data from the analysis of the Chongqing energy resourcespresent situation, Chongqing commercial building energy consumption present situation, has pointed out the Chongqing commercial building energy consumption influencefactors and existing problems; Based on the input-output theory qualitative analysis ofthe commercial building energy consumption change and commercial buildingconstruction area of mutual relationship and commercial building energy consumption and economic growth, the relationship of building energy consumption and constructionarea that are positively related, and building energy consumption and economic growthmay exist unidirectional causality, two-way causality and no causal relationship, threerelated; Constructing the time sequence measurement model and adopting the MLEJohansen estimates the corresponding empirical research, it is concluded that theChongqing commercial building energy consumption and construction area arepositively related, and Chongqing commercial building energy consumption andeconomic growth is on the negative relationship, especially the power consumption andeconomic growth is more significant negative correlation between, Chongqingcommercial building energy consumption to a certain extent hindered the economicgrowth; Finally, the research conclusion is summarized, and emphasizes theimplementation of commercial building energy saving in Chongqing the urgency andimportance, and puts forward a series of speed up the pace of Chongqing commercialbuilding energy saving policy suggestions.
