Today such an era of knowledge explosion, and constantly update theirknowledge content, expanding the coverage of the knowledge and improve thelearning ability of the staff for knowledge as a survival tool people is particularlyimportant to enhance employees’ ability to learn a major route for staff training.Otherwise, with the acceleration of the internationalization process of China’shighway construction industry, and new technologies brought about major changes inthe highway construction, highway construction companies and its marketenvironment facing the rapid changes in construction employees are also facing manythe challenges put forward higher requirements for training, the need to continuouslyupdate the concept, innovative forms of training, to enrich the training content.Therefore, the system of continuing education in the highway construction industry toestablish and implement a scientific, systematic, and effective employees, and thus theformation of the corporate culture of the highway construction enterprises. This is notonly for individual employees, industry, and even the progress and development ofthe whole country is very necessary and very useful.Strengthen staff training, on the one hand, can enhance the competitiveness ofenterprises, to achieve corporate strategic objectives; the other hand, the employees’personal development goals and corporate strategic development goals to unify, tomeet the need for self-development staff, to mobilize the enthusiasm of the staff workand enthusiasm enhance cohesion. Give full play an active role in training forenterprises to establish an effective training system is a prerequisite to achieve thisgoal.
