By now the company has already formed themarketing network which spreads in South America, Middle East, Asia Pacific threeareas, and including Iraq, Iran, Venezuela, Indonesia and Burma countries. How tosupervise and direct the overseas projects to make communication and service hasbecome a choke point between headquarters and each project. Only by constructinginformationization can we solve the bottleneck.
