However, with the continuous development of YS Petroleum Enterprise growth, enterprise management concept and method also has been facing challenges, moreover 80,90 employees join in the industry and the fierce market competition, to make the enterprise accumulation of the cultural impact to a certain extent, to achieve efficient management of YS Petroleum Enterprise, which is bound to a culture of innovation management, to innovate business ideas, the innovation of enterprise culture as the breakthrough point, mixing the culture into the management, with excellent enterprise culture, YS Petroleum Enterprise will establish a corporate image, to enhance staff awareness and improve the quality of staff and improve the staffs working enthusiasm, to enhance the market competitiveness of enterprises. Culture construction of YS Petroleum Enterprise is based on explaining the enterprise culture characteristics and adaptability of diagnosis and assessment, through diagnosis and analysis of YS Petroleum Enterprise, to find out the problems in corporate culture, and to analyze the factors influencing the consequences and effects to solve the problem, to improve, optimize and supple the culture of YS Petroleum Enterprise with innovation, to enhance the adaptability of enterprise culture, to make better adapt to enterprise development strategy, to make the development of enterprises better.According to the main content of the research, this paper is divided into six parts.The first part:introduction.
