Project Management Research Of Offshore Oil Engineering Based On The Partnering Mode

As a new contract mode, Partnering Mode received extensive application andachieved success in some developed countries and regions. On the basis of mutual trustand sharing resource, Partnering Mode can change the competition between participantsin process of project implementation into coexistence relation. By the establishmentof a perfect communication and coordination mechanism, Partnering Mode canachieved risk sharing, in order to achieve mutual goals and objectives.Related the actuality and the characters of the Offshore Oil Engineering projectmanagement, the deep research and discussion of the Partnering Mode can not onlyhelp the innovation of Chinese Offshore Oil Engineering Project Management, butalso help application and promotion of the Partnering Mode in Chinese Offshore OilEngineering.Based on the introduction of foreign and domestic research on Partnering Mode, thisthesis expatiates and compares with the contract mode of the Offshore OilEngineering Projects included the EPCI Mode, related the characters of the OffshoreOil Engineering projects. Based on the management practice of an Offshore OilEngineering Hook-Up and Commissioning Project, this thesis analyses the factors,the practice effect and the improvement to the Partnering Mode.The author hopes to provide other researchers on the Contract Mode of Offshore OilEngineering project management with some useful ideas and concrete measures bymean of the analysis and research on the Partnering Mode of Offshore OilEngineering projects.
