Following with depression of the world-wide economic, the export business ofChinese export-oriented enterprises dropped dramatically after the global economicalcrisis started in2008, which causes China domestic production capacity beingredundant much over than demand from oversea market. DM ShenZhen OEM(Original Equipment manufacturer) loses its’ value to customer upon both ofexcessive competition in the toy industry field as well as customer growing up to gainproduction technology, production source. In the meanwhile, it goes even worsetogether with increasing labor cost, material cost, more and more strict internationalstandards&environmental legal requirements and so on. Struggling against extremedifficulty to survive, development innovation is urgent demand to DM ShenZhenOEM Department. It is unique choice to pursue strategy reformation with productresearch and design (R&D) business to the Dept for its survival and development.In the same time, DM ShenZhen OEM customers suffer for business decline andhigh expense on product research&design. To save cost, they start to seek foropportunity to carry out R&D job in China.Under the guideline of theories such as standardization of management, ProductLife-cycle, Whole-cycle of Product research and Development, Virtual-networkdecentralization R&D organization, this article takes DM ShenZhen OEM Dept asstudy body to establish DM ShenZhen OEM Dept centralized and customer-orientedVirtual-network decentralization organization which is supported with toys and giftR&D house and manufactories, Distinctly define job duty, responsibility andcooperation system for the members and partners under the organization, endorse withcontract regarding these responsibility, obligation, roles playing in the process ofR&D, interest sharing to achieve benefit to each other and complement each other’sadvantage. It sets up a suitable and standardized business flow and standards forR&D regarding approach of both of new service and benefit to customer to improveability for continuous development competition.
