Construction Of Integrated Theory-based Virtual Enterprise Organization Network

With the high-speed development of science and technology, especially information technology, it is very difficult for one enterprise to meet the requirement of market only relying on its own internal resources. In order to prevail in competition, Virtual Enterprise has become the most important integrated mode of actualizing enterprise's agility production and optimizing outside resources in the 21st century. For this reason, numerous domestic and international scholars have carried on research for the concepts and theory of Virtual Enterprise and correlative achievements have been gotten in these fields. Based on these researches, this paper applied the modern enterprise's integration theory and intelligentized management theory to carry on research of the concepts, structure and constructing method and organization network model of virtual enterprises, expecting to offer some help for the development of virtual enterprise theory of our country.This paper mainly includes the following aspects: firstly, It introduced the motive, meaning and the main research results, for example, virtual enterprise's concept, origin, constructing and management technology, etc. Secondly, this paper expatiated on the main contents of the modern integration theory, including the integration system structure, base of theory, technology and general reference architecture. Moreover, on the basis of integration theory, it defined the concept and structure of virtual enterprise's organization network and cluster of virtual enterprise, and present the integrated mode of organization network and cluster of virtual enterprise based on Multi-agent theory. In fourth part of the paper, it concentrated on structuring of virtual enterprise's cluster, and analyzed the information management skill and negotiation mechanism of virtual enterprise's cluster. And finally, it present a collaboration mode and niche's ecological constructing technology based on the BP neural network, the effectiveness of the proposed method was verified through a simulation example.
