Because of thorough developments of global market, information & network technologies, an external environment for the virtual logistics organization (VLO) has been provided. And after the supply chain management theory is introduced to the enterprise, the logistics organization gradually realizes the transformation from single enterprise to all enterprises of the supply chain. Aimed at this development trend of logistics organization, the related problem of logistics organization is discussed systematically and quantitatively. The concept of VLO is brought forward, and the construction and operation mechanism of VLO, profit distribution methods as well as some key technologies is studied.Firstly, the four levels and the connotation of VLO are identified. According to the existing problems of VLO, the situation of VLO in management theory is acquired. The relationship between VLO and virtual logistics center, virtual logistics corporation alliance was defined. Based on these facts, the life cycle model of VLO is constructed which includes the strategies and evaluation system adopted in every stage of the life cycle.Secondly, the Bonissone method using fuzzy weighted average is proposed to select partners for VLO, which not only accords with subjective recognization of inkling, but also avoids the warp from incorrect partner data. At the same time, based on the analyzing framework of Macho Stadler, converse selection problem of partners'selection is studied. Therefore, important enlightenment about the cooperation contract design is concluded.Moreover, the site location of variable logistics center is proposed. The mathematics model of variable logistics center site location is constructed and genetic algorithm of solving this question is realized. An instance indicates that this algorithm have good robust and adaptability.In addition, based on the principal-agent theory, the related mechanism about profit-sharing is analyzed, the profit-sharing model of VLO is constructed and the Game Theory is used to analyze the equilibrium of member game under different coorperative strategy and competition. Aiming at the concrete example to explain the member profit under every balanced condition, the game model of risk analysis is established, the equilibrium of gaming behavior of each organization in VLO is analyzed under different position, and risk redistribution mechanism of VLO profit-alloting is promulgated.Finally, a system construction of logistics information grid on the base of forming the information platform total construction for VLO is designed in this dissertation. And the function model of node logistics management system is discussed.
