The purpose of this paper is to analyze the internal HR management of ContainerCompany, find out problems which hinder HR work carrying out smoothly, and useHR management theory to propose the suitable incentive policy for enterprise. Thethesis hopes to be of great benefit for the whole enterprise and employees through theexplanation and application of incentive policy, which could increase employees’loyalty and help the enterprise to form core competitiveness, so as to remaininvincible in shipping industry. This is also the significance of this thesis.First of all, the thesis uses theories like Maslow’s Hierarchy of Needs, Theory Xand Theory Y, Two Factor Theory. In view of statute for limitation of HRmanagement, this paper draws extensively on the present theory, from three differentperspectives of incentive policies for further analysis, such as object, subject, andmethod. Then, the article briefly introduces the operating areas, business scale, andmanagement conception of Sinotrans Group, Sinotrans Limited, Sinotrans Tianjin andContainer Company. From the organizational structure, personnel structure andincome level, the thesis sums up internal HR reform situation and finds manypotential problems of Container Company. Meanwhile, the article uses SWOTanalysis to find out internal and external incentive policies. Finally, the thesis usesessence of the above theory to solve company’s internal HR management problemsfrom material and spiritual dimensions. The article puts forward to solve problemsin various solutions.In short, in order to remain invincible in the shipping industry, ContainerCompany has to resolve internal conflicts firstly, improving the existing incentivesystem actively, following the People-Oriented conception, and emphasizing onplanning and designing HR management system. At the same time, through theimprovement of rational allocation of HR and building applicative constructionsystem, Container Company could establish the core competitiveness for nationalenterprise.
