The enterprise executive incentive has been a problem that catches the attention and eyes of the enterprises most, especially with Chinese formally entering WTO and approaching of the knowledge economy era, Chinese corporations have to face much more cruel competitions which not only are product and market price competition but also are persons with ability and institution competition.More and more governors are aware of it is the key for the long-term development of business enterprise that"draw on the talented person, keep the talented person, encourage the talented person", and the aggressive of the business enterprise executive decides the level of enterprise's conduction and management, affecting the existence and the development of the business enterprise directly. So, how to design the enterprise executive incentive which can arrest and make use of the global top-grade talented person and optimize the manpower resources, which is the key point for all Chinese corporations to found modem enterprise institutions. In view of this, the paper is divided into five parts of the "enterprise operators incentive mechanism" of the topic was studied.The first part of the introduction, introduced a paper on background, meaning and significance of research. The second part of our business incentive mechanism to the status quo and the existing problems, and the third part of the incentive mechanism established operators should consider the factors and made our country should be established to encourage operators to pay for the center, property rights incentive , The reputation of incentives, market competition and incentive to support the incentive mechanism. Part IV focus on the operators of the incentive mechanism - incentive pay for the analysis, which also proposed the implementation of China's enterprises incentive stock options the feasibility of policy recommendations and operators pay incentive mechanism of environmental construction. The fifth part of the business to improve the incentive mechanism Thoughts: bold attempt to make comprehensive use of various incentives for the establishment of diversified ownership structure, improve internal checks and balances and oversight mechanisms to establish a scientific and rational performance appraisal system operators ; Improve the various market and establish an effective incentive hidden; can not ignore the spirit of incentives; shaping corporate culture, a culture of enterprise incentive function. With a view to adopting this study, the operators of China's enterprises the incentive mechanism to establish and perfect, will provide theoretical guidance and practical reference value.
