Study Of Transnational IT Communication Management

Along with the development of global economy, the world and culturebecome more diversified and the economy become more integrative. Thedevelopment of enterprises come to the new stage of globalization.Transnational operation become the inevitable trend. How to managetransnational operation effectively to improve its competitive is the mostcritical question for those multinational enterprises and the communicationmanagement plays the most important role in it. Communications createculture and exalt team-work spirit. It is the main method and tool toaccomplish the vision of enterprise. Effective communication ofcross-language, cross-culture and cross-space is the key factor to the successof the multinational project. So it is necessary to study, to get familiar and tocommand the skills of communication management when run thetransnational projects.This thesis begins with the characteristics of transnational IT project.Then, it analyzes the common problems for those transnational IT project. Itstudies the communication from the different angle of cross-language,cross-culture and cross-space and provides solutions to the problems. At last,utilizing the real case of transnational project to analyze the communicationrelated skills.It seems work well to utilize these communication skills in the projects,because most of the problems in communication management were resolved.The language contrast and the culture collision were minimized. Theinformation and output can be delivered and shared promptly, and the currentproject goes more smoothly. Hopefully, this thesis will provide suggestions and guide to the multinational project managers.
