| In recent years, the supply chain disruptions occurred frequently, its unique sudden andhigh damage characteristics has produce great influences to both the node enterprise of supplychain and the society, even more, if there can find some method which could identified thesigns of an supply chain disruption before it occurs, then it could avoid it to some extent, sobase on this idea, this paper research the supply chain disruptions early warning mechanism.Firstly, this paper collect some related concepts and theories about the early warning ofsupply chain disruptions risks, including supply chain risks、supply chain disruptions, etc, thecore content is point to analysis the difference and relationship among supply chain risks,supply chain disruptions and supply chain crisis, and then define the relationship betweensupply chain risks and supply chain disruption risks; then make statistical analysis to thesupply chain disruptions cases that occurred in the real life, and based on this, to classify thesupply chain disruptions into8types, including system type, management type, supply type,demand type, logistics type, information type, financial type,environment type, and analysiseach type’s risk identification, finally, take principle of control chart to construct a earlywarning evaluation model for the supply chain disruptions risks, using3σ principle to confirmthe threshold of the risk early warning index and construct the idea of using fuzzycomprehensive evaluation method to make supply chain disruption risk early warningevaluation, then through the application of actual case to verify the feasibility of theevaluation method.The core research of this paper is the early warning evaluation mechanism of supplychain disruptions risks, it is one part of the early warning mechanisms, the application of theearly warning evaluation mechanism is to evaluate the state of an object, and determinewhether it arrived the warning limit or not, so it is significant to took this research. |
