Research On The Cooperate Model Of Modular Production Networks In Manufacturing Industry In Chongqing

Early in the War of Resistance Against Japan Chongqing had built one of the earliestindustrial bases. After decades of development and construction， Chongqing hasformed a solid foundation and well-equipped industrial manufacturing system， andover the years has always occupied an important position in the process of industrialdevelopment in Chongqing.However， the small number of core enterprise，technological innovation capability is weak， small-scale export problem are stillproblems. If these problems are not solved in a long-term， it will constrained thetransformation of old industrial bases in Chongqing， and the speed of development ofnew-type industrializaion. After years of research， the modular theory has beenmaturing， and obtained good effect in industrial practice. Therefore， this paperexpective to introduce the indea of modular to the equipment manufacturing industrycooperation and innovation， construct a manufacturing modular model of cooperationand innovation， to find the direction of the upgrading and restructuring of Chongqingequipment manufacturing industry.Firstly， this paper summarizes the cooperation and innovation theory and modulartheory from foreign and domestic papers， find the theory bases of modular productioncooperation and innovation， to promote continued innovation activities， and enablespartnerslaid the theoretical foundation for the theoretical basis to maintain long-termstable cooperative relations， laid the theoretical foundation for the implementation ofcooperation and innovation for Chongqing equipment manufacturing industry modular.Then， Finding the problems which exist Chongqing equipment manufacturing industryin the years of development from four industry size， industry structure， economiceffects and technology. And on this basis to find the necessity of the modular productionnetwork cooperation innovation， transformation and enhance the strength of theequipment manufacturing industry.Secondly， from the analysis of modular collaborative innovation to achieve conditionsbuild modular production network cooperation innovation model， analysis of the role of the special structural features modular production network innovation， and pointedout that this innovative collaboration can bring product innovation， knowledgeinnovation and value innovation effects.Again， using game theory methods， analysis the modular production network moduleintegrators and module suppliers through long-term co-operation of this mechanism willbe spontaneous rejection of the parties to the transaction opportunistic behavior from agame and multiple game， pursuiting of their own interests to maximize to maximizecommon interest.Finally， this paper combined the status of the equipment manufacturing industry inChongqing， on the one hand， point the direction of the proposed businessimprovement from the equipment manufacturing enterprises; On the other hand， pointthe direction of adjust of industrial policy and government regulation policy from themodular production networks outside environment.
