| Evaluation of environment effect is the key part for the decision making ofinvestment of the construction project. The thesis focuses on confirming evaluationindex indicators and constructing the model under the theory structure of evaluationof environment effect of construction project. Firstly, research background is analyzed,on the basis of which, literature review is made on evaluation of environment effect ofconstruction project home and abroad, then, the mainly research content, and the mapof the thesis is also constructed. Evaluation of environment effect of constructionproject is defined, the main content of it is argued, and procedure of it is proposed,present comprehensive evaluation methods are analyzed, and evaluation method ofenvironment effect of construction project is confirmed based on the character ofevaluation of environment effect of construction project. According to the principleand method of construction of index indicators, the primary index system isconstructed, and which is reduced based on theory of rough set, and the index systemof evaluation of environment effect of construction project is proposed. Based ontheory of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, evaluation model of environment effect ofconstruction project is proposed on single factor and comprehensive factors, and casestudy is made by using index system and method, so as to illustrate the method, andvalidate the method is scientific and applicable. Finally, thesis is summarized, andfuture study is proposed. |
