| Nowadays, China’s education and training industry is entering a period of rapiddevelopment, serious competition exists among all kinds of training and counselingorganization. It has become the core of management and development of traininginstitutions that how to effectively ameliorate the performance of employees andimprove employees’ quality and ability. Therefore, to establish a reasonable andeffective performance appraisal system has become an inevitable choice for thedevelopment of training institutions.Lifelong education and learning society are advocated in the modern era. Withthe increase of employment and the fierce employment competition, all kinds oftraining organizations are springing up rapidly. Considering the K institute is abalance institution, how to deal with the fierce market competition environment? Howto motivate the staff’s working enthusiasm? How to give consideration to the socialbenefit and economic benefit coexistence? How to combine institute development,strategic objectives and individual work development well? It is particularly importantto design a set of scientific and effective performance evaluation system. Therefore,this article will give detailed description on how to improve the performance appraisalin K college based on my working unit. There are many methods used in this paper,such as Literature analysis, interview survey, empirical research and targetmanagement etc.This paper based on the correlation theory of performance appraise at home andabroad. The K College that I am working in is described as an example, through theinvestigation I understood and analyzed the present situation of performance appraisalsystem of K College and found the existing problems in it. The SWOT method is usedto analysis College’s situation, study its mission and development strategy. Combinedwith the target administration method and KPI method,This paper designed a performance appraisal system for K College by usingbenchmarking management method to establish the basic indicators and excellenceindex and set up performance appraisal system for the K College. This study hascertain reference value to the training industry and related balance institutionperformance improvement. |
