Study On The Model Of Collaborative Knowledge Management System Of Cluster Enterprise

Facing the rapidly changing market and increasing competition, it isnecessary that cluster enterprises transfer their management center to theimprovement of their knowledge capabilities. As the relations ofcomplementation, competition and cooperation that existed naturally amongcluster enterprises, the knowledge resources of cluster enterprise areconfigured optimally through collaborative knowledge management, thesynergy effects that exist in knowledge resources and activities of them aremined, and the knowledge capability and performance of them is improved,with the goal of getting collaborative value.Under the condition of cluster, the enterprises collaborative knowledgemanagement involves of knowledge resources, subjects and activities ofmultiple enterprises, and a support system with powerful function must bedeveloped to meet the requirements of collaborative knowledge management.And the development of system requires the guidance of theoretical model.The main line of this paper is collaborative knowledge management of clusterenterprise which highlights the synergy among knowledge resources, subjectsand activities, and based on the researches of collaborative knowledgemanagement of cluster enterprises and knowledge management system, theresearch objective and contents of the paper were proposed, and theresearches were carried out in some aspects as below, in view of the problemsof previous studies.Firstly, the characteristics of cluster enterprise and the connotations ofcollaborative knowledge management were analyzed, and the concept andfunctions of collaborative knowledge management system of cluster enterprisewere discussed, and then the status and major problems of collaborativeknowledge management of Chinese cluster enterprises were investigated andanalyzed, and the requirements of collaborative knowledge managementsystem of cluster enterprise was also determined.Secondly, the connotations of collaborative knowledge chain which supports the enhancement of cluster enterprises’ knowledge capability wasanalyzed, and the activities and the operational model of the chain wereexplored, and then the knowledge-sharing among cluster enterprises which isthe key issue of collaborative knowledge chain was analyzed applyingevolutionary game theory, and the strategies to promotefull-knowledge-sharing were proposed based on the above analysis.Thirdly, the knowledge flows of collaborative knowledge management ofcluster enterprises were analyzed and descripted, and then a model ofcollaborative knowledge management system of cluster enterprise was built,and the architecture, functional structure, key technologies, implementalenvironment and main characteristics of the system were analyzed.Finally, by the analysis and discussion of a case, the applicability of themodel was proved.It may not only provide a new management mode and a reference model forChinese cluster enterprises during their collaborative knowledge managementpractice in theory, but also has the important practical meanings on theguidance of development and application of the system, and enhance theircapabilities and level of collaborative knowledge management, and evenenhance the knowledge competitiveness of the entire cluster, from the systemmodel proposed in the paper.
