Study On The Corporation Strategies Of Fujian And Taiwan High And New Technology

State Council executive meeting discussed and passed the document “Adviceon Stepping on Construction of the Economic Zone on the West Side of the Straits”,and proposed that build Fujian into the important developing pole, significant districtwith corporation and communication of technology and culture betweenCross-Straits, and important base of improving country unification. Thecommunication of technology between Fujian and Taiwan has developed fully. Thispaper deeply expresses the integrated and rooted feature of high and new technologywith the methods of theory and demonstration. It analyzes the necessity of high andnew technology corporation between Fujian and Taiwan from the facets of fivedestiny foundations, interest mutual-complement system, culture superiority, highand new technology industry superiority, Economic Zone on the West Side of theStraits superiority etc,. There are great differences on the aspects of scale, devotion,convergence, investment of high and new technology. It analyzes the existingproblems on the process of corporation and corporation features by means of theration contrast and qualitative analysis. Finally, this paper proposed the strategies,including improving the technology activities and enhancing the industrycompetitive, improving high and new technology joints following the industryupgrading trend, building the corporation zone of high-tech and forming greatradiating power of economic developing pole, and enhancing the collaboration ofgovernment departments and construct the government platform. This study helps todeepen the awareness of trade and business between cross-straits and expand spaceon communication and corporation of cross-straits.
