The economic effects of industrial clustering for all to see, the manufacturing sector as an important industry in regional development the regional agglomeration effect is a hot topic in academic circles in recent years. The research center is seeking Industrial Agglomeration of factors, among of them, the regional cooperation on manufacturing agglomeration effects, as one of the important topics. Fujian and Taiwan have similar natural environment and distinguishing economic development timetable successive different, with the Economic Zone on Western Coast of the establishment of closer cross-strait cooperation and exchanges. Fujian and Taiwan in recent years has become a trade and absorption of one of the largest Taiwan-funded. This study is under the influence of regional cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan concentration of manufacturing industries. This paper reviews the evolution of Fujian and Taiwan manufacturing industries, as well as economic and trade exchanges between Fujian and Taiwan on the basis of the situation points out the possible cooperation between the direction of the manufacturing sector and two from the perspective of regions and industries, analyzes the relationship in the Taiwan Strait Under different stages and Fujian regions manufacturing industry gathering of the situation, the final econometric model used to explore regional cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan and Fujian in the relationship between economic growth in the manufacturing sector. The results show that: In the planned economy period, low levels of spatial concentration of Fujian manufacturing, industrial distribution of scattered. Opening period, manufacturing transfer began gradually to the southeast of Fujian coastal, technology-intensive industries a high degree of concentration. Intervention period of gradual opening up of Taiwan, the manufacturing sector has been a marked concentration in the eastern coastal areas, the highest degree of concentration of capital and technology intensive industries, the lowest concentration is labor-intensive and resource-dependent industries. At this stage, cooperation between Fujian and Taiwan the main industry is the traditional labor-intensive industries, consulting the electronics industry, metal machinery and chemical industry. Using Granger causality test model for regional cooperation between Fujian and the relationship between economic growth and manufacturing, was found with two-way causality between the two factors.
