A Research Of Industrial Chain Innovation Alliance Based On System Dynamics

According to existing studies, we found that conflicts of interest and trustissues lead to the low efficiency and high failure rate of traditional innovationalliances. But Industrial Chain Innovation Alliance can circumvent thisproblem. As study on Industrial Chain Innovation Alliance is still in itsinfancy, there is still lacunae both on study content and methods. Therefore,there are very important theoretical and practical significance to studycomprehensively and rationally on the operation mechanism of IndustrialChain Innovation Alliance.This paper systematically reorganizing the current research status ofdynamic factors and distribution of profits about Industrial Chain InnovationAlliance, expounded its connotation, structure and effect factors, from thetheory of industrial chain and vertical relations. And comprehensivelyanalyzed its run dynamic mechanism, we build a model by System Dynamics.The results show that as a virtuous cycle system, Industrial Chain InnovationAlliance is mutually beneficial. It is a practicable alliance model which cansolve development bottleneck of the innovation alliance effectively, andpromote the industrial innovation.To surmount the limit of traditional analytical methods, this paper usedSystem Dynamics to analyze the run dynamic mechanism comprehensively ofIndustrial Chain Innovation Alliance, built a corresponding dynamic model,and made a certain amount of innovation on research contents, analyticalmethods and innovation alliance theory.
