| GEM manufacturing has important strategic significance for the development ofchina’s manufacturing. Their business development has been a research hotspot in recentyears for scholars. By evaluating the operating conditions of the GEM manufacturingcompanies, the reason is to fully and objectively reveal their level of performance, not onlycan help investors understand their the actual operation, but also help company managers toimprove enterprise management.Compared with other methods, the DEA method can comprehensively evaluate thePerformance of the manufacturing enterprises in the Growth Enterprises Market whichwere in a state with more input and more output, and it is not limited to the financial index,without any assumption, more objective. By the performance status of China’s GEMmanufacturing industry as a whole in this article, and the article analyses the characteristicsof China’s GEM listed manufacturing companies, to build the manufacturing sector ofChina’s GEM performance evaluation index system. The object of study is45manufacturing enterprises in China GEM listed before the end of2010.The article uses thetraditional DEA model: CCR model and BCC model, to analyze the overall efficiency, puretechnical efficiency and scale efficiency. Focusing on the DEA efficient enterprises isanalyzed by the super-efficiency DEA model, to draw samples the relative ranking of theenterprise; DEA invalid enterprises can make the specific improvement target, to referencefor corporate managers. The article also selected2009and2010samples of business relateddata from longitudinal analysis of the time dimension. Evaluation results and conclusionshave been drawn on article are as follows:(1) the overall performance level of GEM listedmanufacturing companies is sound;(2) In2010,the GEM listed manufacturing companiesoperating performance level was better than that in2009;(3) the venture boardmanufacturing strategic transformation have to be further enhanced. |
