In our country， many people and little land contradiction is prominent， theland not only need keep the foot to safeguard the farming which the people livebasically， must provide the essential element of production for the industrialdevelopment. Therefore， walks the land sustainable use the intensive-likedevelopment path is the scientific choice.In this paper, the Jingjiu line in the various zones of land use for the object,choose the form of discrete aggregates form a single zone and zone group two typicalmodels, the use of GIS techniques, combined with the system of science andmathematics methods to analyze land use zones in the constituent ratio, extractedauxiliary data, to solve the problem of the macro perspective, the entire compositioncharacteristics of the corridor development zone classification, the correspondingrational land use and sustainable development strategy, made the following aspectsResults:（1）Demonstrated by case law, through the Development Zone of Jishui LandSurvey, collection of cadastre, maps and analysis of economic data to determine theextent of the target land use to calculate the land use status of the zone score, andfinally derive the available potential of expanding the size of the land is661.29ha,accounting for approved use of the national product to55.3%.（2）The use of object extraction method, the industrial Changjiu corridor potentialfor expansion of the zone of the land area of sustainable development as a factor ofland separately, each zone received a total area of land the size of potential forexpansion, for6,183.78hectares, accounting for all zones State approved a total areaof58.9%.（3）Mathematical methods by cluster, extend the zone of land area and all potentialdevelopment zones approved a total area of land into the comparison, calculate thepotential for expansion of land use within the zone of sustainable development degree, and finally get low sustainable level, the sustainable degree and high degree of threetypes of evaluation results sustainable. The results are shown, Hukou DevelopmentZone, Nanchang Economic Development Zone, Changnan is a low degree of regionalsustainable; ChangDong development Zone, the heroic development zone, Xiaolanzone, Changleng development zone, Anyi development zone, GongqinchengDevelopment Zone, Dean Zone, Ruichang development Zone, Wuning zone, all zonesare Mid-degree sustainable level in the area; Yongxiu zone, Xingzi DevelopmentZone, Pengze Development Zone, Xiushui Sustainable Development is a highsustainable degree of areas.（4）Analysis of Changjiu industrial corridor development of sustainable landdevelopment degree of the results of the study zone in the region, the averagesustainable level of land is58.6%. Illustrates the range of the corridor is still in thedevelopment stage of industrialization, land supply is relatively abundant, economicdevelopment potential.
