Comparison And Research On Enterprises Technological Innovation Environment And Strategy In China And Korea

With the rapid development of economy and the movement of global economic integration,the competition between enterprises became more and more keenly. For better survival anddevelopment，technology innovative ability is an important even key part of enterprises’ corecompetition ability. The technological innovation activities is not independent but in socialenvironment and its own environment. They have important relation with micro and macrotechnological innovation environment. Moreover, the success of technological innovation is alsohas important relation with the choice of technological innovation strategy of enterprises.Therefore, through the research on the relationship between technological and enterprisetechnological innovation strategy, then direct the better achievement of enterprises’ technologicalinnovation is very important.This paper based on the summary and review of the research findings about enterprisestechnological innovation environment and innovation strategy. Firstly, this paper compared theenterprises technological innovation environment in Korea with the environment in china, thensummarized the similarities and differences between the environment in Korea and in china.Secondly, this paper analyzed the similarities and differences about the choice of enterprisestechnological innovation strategy based on the comparison of enterprises technological innovationsituation and the choice of technological innovation strategy in china and Korea. Moreover,combined with the further analysis on environment, this paper analyzed the key environmentalelements and its relation with the choice of enterprises technological innovation strategy. Lastly,on the basis of the previous research conclusion, this paper give some suggestions about how toestablish better enterprises technological innovation environment and better planning oftechnological innovation strategy.
