Beijing’s new energy automotive industry started early. Beijing was listed as the first batch of national new energy vehicles pilot cities in2010.Based on national strategic layout of new energy vehicles, Beijing formulated the encouraging policy since2011, solving the above problems and promoting the development of new energy automotive industry marketization.Vigorously promoting new energy vehicles is to reduce environmental pollution and energy problems. New energy vehicles reduce emissions due to the use of clean energy as power, so it does well to the environment. Meanwhile, the Investment of new energy automobile cost a lot in the process of generating positive externalities. For the auto manufacturers, it means the technical risk, large-scale business restructuring need. As the result, the related producers bear a large cost and the benefits are shared by the whole society. Thus, under the complete market mechanism, there will be no people actively select the production and use of new energy cars, in other words, just relying on market mechanism could not promote the development of the initial stage of new energy automotive industry.Evaluation of new energy automobile project economy need combined with current policy, firstly, to summarize a series of policy in Beijing; Secondly, give the analysis of incentive policy of the new energy vehicles, describe the different stage of development of investment projects and then build new energy automobile investment two-phase net present value analysis model; Finally, to analyze the Beijing new energy automobile co., LTD.(hereinafter referred to as "Beijing new energy"),which is built by the Beijing automotive group co., LTD.(hereinafter referred to as the "Beijing automotive group"). The production and sales of new energy cars will replace part of conventional car sales based on the certain overall market share and sales.Through constructing two stages of net present value analysis model, calculate the efficiency of investment of new energy vehicles.
