Since the 1960 s, the rapid development of computer technology and information technology,the traditional economy transition to the emerging economies,e-commerce in emerging economies included as an important feature of contemporary economies.With the development of e-commerce, the traditional methods of payment have been unable to meet the payment needs of enterprise and individual, e-payment rise gradually adapt to the times. In the development of electronic payment process, on the one hand, commercial banks have to strengthen financial innovation to carry out online banking, on the other hand a lot of third-party payment agencies will also expand into emerging pay many traditional financial services applications. The rise of third-party payment mechanism, greatly solve the e-commerce and other innovative Internet industry cash flow problems in the development process,convenient and efficient for these emerging industries to create a good environment for the development of integrity, security, and other required information symmetry; in addition,in the process of development of third-party payment, with more innovation payment products and services continue to emerge, the third party payment is applied in more areas, and provide powerful funds transfer services for numerous individual users, businesses, enterprises, in payment services to meet customer demand for diversification, but also greatly enhance the Chinese economy, especially in emerging economies for capital utilization efficiency and industrial competitiveness.Since the emergence of the third-party payment platform, the relationship between it and the commercial banks on concern.In the beginning of the development of third-party payment platform, commercial banks carry out friendly cooperation with third-party payment platform in order to obtain a large number of small transactions profits of C2 C market, providing payment gateway interface.But the third party payment platform and commercial banks in the form of intermediate business have strong similarities,competition between the two is bound to happen.In this paper, the main research is the relationship between third party payment and commercial banks. Although initially between third party payment platform and the commercial bank is the friendly relations of cooperation, but with the third party payment platform to continue to carry on business innovation, bring better user experience for customers, provide more affordable and convenient services, and business areas widened gradually, third-party payment in several business areas to compete with commercial banks, there is a game between them. But from a long-term development perspective, the future of both sides should strengthen cooperation, to provide customers with better service through cooperation, joint implementation of financial innovation, build a harmonious and security environment of electronic payment.This paper adopts literature research method, qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis to research and case analysis, firstly summarizes the general situation and the current situation of the development of the third-party payment and online bank of commercial banks, and depth analysis of the competition between commercial banks and third-party payment to clear conflict of interest, expounds the present situation of cooperation of both sides and the prospect of cooperation, through the case analysis, combining theory with practice, summarizes the current business cooperation and existing problems in the cooperation, put forward suggestions on deepening cooperation, and puts forward the opinion to solve the risk involved in the process of cooperation, and ultimately to achieve mutual benefit and win-win.
