Study On The Ancient Town Residents’ Perception And Attitude Of Tourism Impacts In Different Development Stages

The harmonious development of tourism related to the residents of tourist destination, tourism developers, tourists. As a tourism destination development witness and tourism service providers, tourism destination residents’perception of tourism impact on the local tourism development play a decisive role. Therefore, in order to the sustainable development of tourist destination, local residents on the tourism development attitude play a key role in. So we must understand the residents’attitude in different stages of tourism development.On this basis,we can take effective measures to improve the residents’ general estimable evaluation on the different stages of tourism development. Based on this, this paper take HuangLong Valley ancient town as a case, analysing the local residents perception of tourism influence in different stages of tourism development, in order to know how to improve residents’ enthusiasm and support on the different stages of tourism development.Bulter (1980) pointed out that local residents perceptions and attitudes toward tourism impacts and tourism development level has a close relationship with. Local residents have different impacts in different stages of tourism development, the tourism perceptions and attitudes also exist difference. To enhance tourism destination management level,it is necessary to understand the differences. Therefore, this article mainly focus on tourism impact perceptions in the different stages of tourism development.Taking HuangLong Valley ancient town as the research object, this paper mainly discusses five respects:First, HuangLong Valley town experienced a tourist destination life cycle and now it is the tourism development stage;Second, at different stages of tourism development,local residents’ perceptions of tourism impacts exist significant differences; Third,at different stage of the tourism development, the ancient town of residents’ perception of tourism impacts exist significant differences;Fouth,residents’ perception of tourism impacts and residents’ perceptions of tourism impacts have correlation relations. Fifth,according to the results of research,we throw out some suggestions.According to the SPSS output,the research model and prior hypotheses had been substantially.The main conclusions the paper drew are as follow:Firstly, the Ancient Town Tourism Development has experienced the three phases of the life cycle (stage of exploration, involvement stage, stage of development), it is currently in the tourism development stage.Secondly, Ancient Town in the stage of development, the tourism impact of the ancient town residents and tourism affect of the perception and attitudes are significant differences.Thirdly, during the development stage, the town residents have different tourism impacts and tourism impacts of perceptions., the effects of tourism perceptions and attitudes were different.
