Human resource is the most valuable and important resource in enterprise,configuration and management of human resource is the important factor whichdecides the enterprise strategic target whether come true smoothly, staff is theimplementation of strategic objectives, post is the the carrier of implying strategicgoal, so the staff management is the important part of enterprise management.Employees and positions are the two basic elements of corporate managementpositions, both complementary is very important to each other, they are a integralwhole.Staff and job’s scientific and reasonable match is the objectives of the jobpositions management, people post match is not only the starting point for Postmanagement,but also the the end of the job positions management. all activitiesshould focus on the goal that Staff-Post matching. Only by achieving a reasonablematch of employees and positions, the other various of positions managementactivities can be successfully carried out, ensure the implementation of othermanagement measures, in order to achieve the optimization of enterprise management,for enterprises to create more performance and ultimately achieve corporate strategicobjectives.This thesis research the enterprise Post management issues from the point thatStaff-Post matching,take establish a effective, specific, controllable enterpriseposition management mode as the ultimate goal, achieved Staff-Post matching in thewhole process of post management. This thesis through the people theory ofStaff-Post matching and the current situation of Staff-Post matching, found someproblems that exists in Staff-Post matching.In order to describe the degree ofStaff-Post matching from the quantitative angle, this thesis presents a calculationmethod of the Staff-Post matching, match the quality of staff and job requirements, match employees career expectations and job satisfaction,estimates from the twoaspects of the matching, and respectively constructed four models of positionmanagement process from macroscopic perspective, microcosmic view Angle,dynamic and static Angle, then design of the concrete steps for implementation of themanagement process of staff positions that people post match, respectively, analysisfrom the preparatory phase, the post configuration phase, post management stage.Through combining quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis in this thesis,makethe Post management process to be measurable and controllable, easy adjustment ofStaff-Post matching; all aspects of the Post management are incorporated into thedesign of Staff-Post matching, so that Staff-Post matching throughout the entiresystem of Post management, and specific analysis of the specific implementationsteps for each link in the post management, achieve corporate departments strategicdevelopment and Staff-Post matching smoothly. Finally, take an enterprise as example,adjusted the Staff-Post matching in position management process.In order to verifythe validity of the theory, using the software SPSS statistical analysis results.In this thesis, the writer use the knowledge of human resource management,combined with Staff-Post matching concept, the Staff-Post matching is divided intothe quality of the staff and the job requirements matching, occupation expectation andjob satisfaction matching these two aspects, design Staff-Post matching calculationmethod. This thesis come up with new theories andapproaches for the enterprise Post management, make stuff and positions to be morematch, to reflect more value of the stuff quality and enterprise value, improveemployees’ satisfaction and the competitiveness of enterprises, help enterprisesachieving its strategic objectives smoothly.
