| In the recent years, based on the powerful advantages of tourism resources,Qingzhou city establishes the idea of “unified planning, whole development, developlarge tourism, develop large industry”, supports the development of tourism project,support tourism industry to become more and more powerful. Especially after2009,grasped the opportunity of the seventh flower fair, Qingzhou optimizes tourismenvironment, quicken the development pace of tourism project, and planned manytourism projects. But during the project development, many projects didn’t have fullyresearch; the investors have neglected large risks in large benefit in the project. Thisleads to large risks in the development of tourism projects. And at present, the riskmanagement of tourism project hasn’t established systematic theory system. So studyon risk management to tourism project in Yunmen mountain has some theory valueand study meaning, not only provide some experience and material for theconstruction of tourism project in our country, but also provide some suggestions forthe tourism project of Yunmen mountain in Qingzhou.Chosing tourism project of Yunmen Mountain in Qingzhou, the article appliesthe theory of risk management to special project, analyses the whole process of riskmanagement from the risk identification, risk analysis and risk assessment, andpropose the according risk response measure.Firstly, according to the characteristics of tourism project of Yunmen Mountain,the paper identifies the risks in the process of tourism project, identifies the main riskin the tourism project and establishes the risk evaluation index system of tourismproject.Secondly, the article proposes risk assessment of tourism project and makesdecision that the comprehensive risk is in middle level.Lastly, according the result of risk assessment, the article puts forward the riskprevention measures to reduce the damage and loss in the development of tourismproject to the great extend and ensure the smooth completion of the project. |
