Development Of Producer Services And Model Transformation Of Manufacturing Exports

Recently, the export structure of Chinese manufacturing is increasinglytransforming the labor-intensive to capital-and technology-intensive,how topromote the stable growth of manufacturing exports and optimize the structure ofexport products is a problem that needed to be solved. This paper firstly analyzesthe internal mechanism of interaction between the development of producerservices and the transformation of the manufacturing export,then base on the thestatus quo analysis of producer services and the transformation of China’smanufacturing export,take advantage of the input-output table data of China’s30provinces and the relevant data of covering14provinces in eastern,central and westfrom2004-2010,it aims to resolve two different questions by OLS estimationmethod and SYSGMM estimation method，to explore the effect of producer servicesbasing on upgrading of manufacturing production on upgrading of manufacturingexport.The result indicates that: the effect of elemants based on producer services onthe changes between production structure and export structure of manufacturing inChina is not completely consistent,first,producer services,to some extent,canpromote the upgrading of the production structure of manufacturing, while theinformation transmission、computer services and software industry have the mostremarkable influence;second,the mechanism that the promotion of manufacturingstructure to promote manufacturing exports have an upgrade does notexit.Thereby,it argues that the gorvernment should intensify the developmentpolicies of producer services,enhance the market oritented development level of theproducer services,develop the information transmission、computer services andsoftware industry vigorously and improve the scale of economies to promote theupgrading of manufacturing export;at the same time,adjust the industrial structure of producer services and optimize the allocation of resources on the elements ofproducer services.
