Salary system design is a vital link in enterprises human resourcesmanagement. Well—functioning of Salary project is all effective way to attract,retain and motivate, staff thereby it could maintain long distance and stabledevelopment of enterprises as well as enhance market competitiveness.And thesame to the mining enterprises that management mode was the production modelchanged to management model. X Company was a management model miningenterprise which let the other company do something that was not its non corebusiness. Reform the salary system, on one side it could change the ideal stale ofthe staff and made the strategy objectives come true; on the other side it couldprovide a good condition to work, and it could attract and retain core employees,to improve the core competition of the enterprise.This paper based on the project of Institute of human resource of HefeiUniversity of Technology. At first, it is clear about the whole satiation of salarysystem of X Company after field research. Because the low level of personalmanagement of X Company, lots of problem was known by people. Such as salarysystem did not match the strategic goals, low level of salary, unreasonable salarystructure and insufficient incentive. Therefore, when we design the salary systemof X Company, at first it was to comb organization and post, and then did a marketresearch and analysis of the relevant information collection to ensure thedifference of salary regional of the located between X Company and holding group.And then the post salary of every post was known through post evaluation. Afterthat, the methods of calculation were list about performance wage, seniority wages,bonuses and welfare allowance. At the end of this paper, measures must be builtfor example performance evaluation system, grade rand system to ensure that thenew salary system of X Company can be carried out smoothly.
