Research On Dominant Industry Selection And The Land Supply Mode Of Anqing Yangtze River Bridge Economic Development Area

With the development of economy and society, many cities in our country set off upsurge of the construction of Development Zone. But some of them choose the leading industry and land supply policy through traditional ways, even by virtue of experience, which to a large extent violates the principle of scientific development, and restricts the development of Development Zone. To Accurately identify leading industries and select the optimal land supply policy, it is very important for highlighting the comparative advantages of Development Zone and improving the competitiveness of Development Zone and even Local economy and society. Under such background, this paper discusses identification of the leading industry and the selection of land supply policy by taking the Anqing Yangtze River Bridge Development Zone as an example. The main contributions of this paper are as follows:Firstly, it analyzes the foreign and domestic status of research on selection of the leading industry, Compares the advantages and disadvantages of various research methods and their Scope of application.Then it analyzes criteria, index and methods of the selection of leading industry. In combination with current situation, it builds an index system and establishes an evaluation model for regional service industry.Next, by using the index system, it chooses the leading industry of Development Zone and analyzes the characteristics of the existing leading industry. According to the present condition and need of regional planning, it also studies the land supply policy for the leading industry.Finally, taking the Yangtze River Bridge Development Zone as an example, it determines the leading industry and gives recommendations for Industrial policy and Land supply policy, which verifies the validity of the model.
