With the deepening social reform and rapid economic development,China has entered anew historical period,Equipment manufacturing enterprises are facing the challenges ofsevere. Facing the new situation. How to develop own competitive advantage and toachieving sustainable development is the key to victory, for the management of the business,corporate officers are always the most valuable resource, so, human resource management isone aspect of the enterprise management process should be taken seriously for equipmentmanufacturing enterprises, improve the human resources performance evaluation methods,improve the work efficiency of employees and stimulate employee enthusiasm is primary wayto evaluation human resource performance of equipment manufacturing enterprises.In this paper, we take strategic management and human resources performanceevaluation theory as the theoretical basis and combines with characteristics of Equipmentmanufacturing enterprises to do the research of this issue. There are five parts in this paper:first of all, we establish the purpose and significance of the research through the studybackground, then analyze and summarize the domestic and foreign relevant research results,then confirm the research method; In the next part, by definition of the equipmentmanufacturing enterprises in China, Lock the enterprise sample of the scope of this thesis,And described the status of human resources performance evaluation of the samplesequipment manufacturing enterprises. With introduction the organizational structure ofequipment manufacturing enterprises, obtained the main problems through analysis the statusof implementation in the human resources performance evaluation and obtained the mainreason for these problems through analysis of the actual situation of the equipmentmanufacturing enterprises; then we based on the principles of human resource performanceevaluation system and combined with the characteristics of the equipment manufacturingenterprises, analysis equipment manufacturing enterprises in human resource performanceevaluation system, combined with the idea of the Balanced Score Card, and build differentlevels of performance evaluation score card; then we determine the human resourceperformance evaluation index system of equipment manufacturing enterprises based on theidea of the Balanced Score Card and the guidance of the equipment manufacturing enterprisesin human resource strategy map, Using the analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the performance evaluation of the equipmentmanufacturing enterprise human resources; Finally analysis the implementation of theproblems encountered in the performance evaluation process of the human resources ofequipment manufacturing enterprises, and give suggestions. Provide a scientific reference andnew ideas in human resource management performance evaluation for equipmentmanufacturing enterprises.
